Waxman's Carpet & Rug Warehouse will ship your area rug or item
order to any street address in the U.S.A. served by FedEx. Shipping to the
contiguous 48 USA states. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders require an
additional shipping charge via FedEx or UPS. Canada orders require an additional
shipping charge via FedEx or UPS Standard service. No P.O. Box addresses
please. Most shipments are by FedEx Home Delivery and Ground service. Rush
orders can be shipped via FedEx 2day or Overnight for an additional shipping charge.
In-stock area rugs and items will usually ship in just one to two business days, and you
can expect delivery of your in-stock order in approximately two to four business days
after shipment. Non-stocked items will take approximately two to four weeks,
depending on availability for delivery. You can expect delivery of out-of-stock
kids' rugs in approximately three to four weeks depending on availability. We can
notify you by email or phone when your order is shipping. Your credit card may be
charged in advance of shipment to you for area rugs or items that are not in-stock and
need to be ordered in.

Free Shipping Regular UPS ground shipping, or USPS Priority Mail is
available also.
We also can at
times ship your item(s) via UPS, or USPS Priority Mail. You can request UPS or USPS
shipping in the message area of the online order form.
Please note: Some of the rugs and items shown
on our Websites may not be available, will take longer than 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, are
no longer in-stock, or have been discontinued. Please check with us first before
ordering for availability and approximate shipping time if you would like to be more sure
of your order. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and do not go out over the
weekend. When you place an order online we will email later an estimated approximate
shipping time for your order. An accurate and deliverable email address and shipping
address needs to be provided to process your order properly. Please check your spam email
box if you do not receive a confirmation email within a few days after placing your order
online.

Cancellations
beyond 4 days of placing your order for an area rug(s) or item(s) that is not in-stock and
needs to be ordered in may be subject to a small cancellation charge.
Orders must be cancelled via the same way they were placed (over the internet,
or over the phone). Cancellation of phone orders and online orders need to have a
email confirmation by the customer.
No Sales Tax Outside Ohio:
We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following state: Ohio 7.75%
There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Ohio.

Step 1: You must notify us by email or
phone within 10 days from your delivery date that you wish to return or exchange a rug or
item. Orders must be cancelled via the same way they were placed (over the internet,
or over the phone). Cancellation of phone orders and online orders need to have a
email confirmation.
No Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required though!
Step 2: Promptly return the rug or item in its original
packaging or equivalent to protect from damage, freight pre-paid, using UPS, FedEx, USPS,
or another carrier that can track and insure the package. All returns and exchanges
must be made by 10 business days from the delivery date. Returns and exchanges
going beyond this time period by more than a few days may be subject to a small restocking
charge. No refunds after 20 days.

Step 3: We do not accept freight-collect rugs or
items. We will not accept returns or exchanges of soiled, stained, or damaged rugs
or items. Rugs and items must be in their original condition. We do not refund the
cost of shipping and handling the rug or item to you, only the purchase
price. Cleaning product returns need to be not used and not opened.
We will not accept returns of rugs or items that have a no returns policy stated for it.
There is a no returns policy on rug pads and custom rugs. There is a no
returns policy on orders of 3 or more of the same rug or item. There is a no returns
policy on orders of 2 or more of the same rug size 6' x 9' or larger.
Please Note: We do not refund the cost incurred of shipping and handling
the rug or item to you. The shipping and handling cost will be deducted from your refund
amount on returned or exchanged items. The FedEx shipping and handling cost is
approximately: $9 to $12 for smaller size kids' rugs, rugs, and other items, and $20 to
$40 for larger size rugs and other items. Shipping is usually higher for rug and item size
widths of 7'8" and larger, and larger size packages. Shipments to California,
Oregon, Washington, and other state addresses may be charged an additional amount for
larger size packages, which you will be notified by email or phone if necessary for
approval.
In order to help protect our company and its customers
from fraud we may limit the number of items that may be ordered online by a single
individual or entity. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to cancel or reject
orders at our discretion.
There are no warrantees on area rugs. All rug sizes are approximate. Availability,
designs, colors, pricing of rugs and products, offers, and information on our websites are
subject to change. Colors of rugs and other products can vary due to monitor and picture
differences. In-stock area rugs
and items available while they last.
Canada and other countries customers we can ship to are responsible for
any customs fees, duties, or taxes for their item shipments. Orders
for shipment via FedEx or UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or 2nd Day Air need to be
ordered by 2PM EST for proper delivery of in-stock items (Wednesdays & Fridays by 1PM)
and are not guaranteed. Rugs that are larger than size 8'6" wide: may
be shipped directly from the vendor, may need an additional shipping charge, and/or may
not be available for shipping due to size. We do offer USPS shipping to Alaska for
some items.
